These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by EPH Transport Services and to the use of this website.

1. Services

EPH Transport Services provides transport, haulage and logistics services for domestic and commercial customers throughout Essex and the wider UK.

2. Quotations

All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Additional charges may apply if details such as weight, size, access or timing differ from those originally stated.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that goods are properly packaged and accurately described. We reserve the right to refuse transport of unsafe, illegal or hazardous items.

4. Liability

While reasonable care is taken during transport, our liability is limited to the value of the goods being transported or the value of the contract, whichever is lower, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend customers arrange appropriate insurance for high-value items.

5. Delays

We shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, breakdowns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be confirmed at booking. Invoices are payable within the agreed period. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with UK legislation.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations may be subject to charges depending on notice given prior to the scheduled collection time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction.
